In this vital role, candidates will need to recognize significant information in large volumes of data from claims offices in order to determine area of fraud within a territory. You will be searching through numerous types of databases and the Internet for relevant information. Candidates will be initiating and maintaining a professional relationship with Allstate SIU Management, SIU Field Personnel, representatives from other insurance carrier's anti-fraud teams, and law enforcement agencies. They will need to maintain a positive image and represent Allstate Insurance in a professional manner, as well as, make sound decisions related to the gathering and dissemination of researched information which includes applying Allstate Insurance business rules. Candidates will be actively participating in professional organizations and attend relevant conferences as requested. They will put forth the effort and initiative necessary to accomplish a job, independently initiates new research to expand the scope of an investigation where necessary, and maintain focus and effort even when working under ambiguous circumstances. Where necessary, candidates will need to appear before a jury and provide sworn testimony and defend a position on a given topic. | ||||
